The registrar's office is a division that registers the entire history of educational achievements of a student and ensures the organization of all types of knowledge control and calculation of his academic rating in terms of credit technology training

To achieve this goal, the Registrar's Office performs the following functions:
  1. keeps records of students' academic achievements during the entire period of study and forms a transcript of students;
  2. registers students for academic disciplines;
  3. advises students on registration for academic disciplines;
  4. registers individual study plans of students in accordance with the established procedure;
  5. provides information support for academic mobility.
  6. keeps records of student loans disbursed during the entire period of study and for the entire period of study;
  7. performs credit transfer and determines the academic difference;
  8. calculates the academic rating of students;
  9. together with the deans and the Department of Academic Affairs, organizes and conducts intermediate and final certification of students, as well as organizes the summer semester;
  10. together with the deans and the Department of Academic Affairs, it forms academic groups and streams;
  11. analyzes academic performance of sessions and final certifications.
